Overview: 

    Welcome to JAK of All Trades Tutoring! In case we haven’t met before, allow me to introduce myself. I am Jakini Auset Kauba, a trained tutor with ten years of experience. Of the 11 places I’ve lived within North Carolina alone, the place I feel most at home is the classroom. With an interest in all things education, I understand how difficult courses can be; especially when we stress over a GPA knowing that we are “never going to see this again”. The year 2020 reminded us that life is too short to stress over the little things. Allow me to relieve that stress so that you can focus your energy on what really matters!

  • Math: All K-12 courses, Geometry, Algebras l & ll, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Discrete Math, Calculus l, Calculus ll, Calculus lll, Calculus IV, Linear Algebra, Abstract Algebra, Statistics, Stochastic Processes, Data Analysis

  • Chemistry: Basic Chemistry, Quantitative Chemistry, and Organic Chemistry.

  • Verbal: Writing support includes editing, syntax corrections, detailed outlines, paragraph formatting, grammar, paper flow, discussion board tips, resume writing, personal statements, cover letters, interview tips, and licensure queries.

Scheduling an Appointment: 

    I am willing to provide group sessions upon request. I am available for tutoring services by APPOINTMENT ONLY. All interested parties must email me at the following address to schedule an appointment: JAKofAllTradesTutoring@gmail.com. All sessions will be held virtually via Zoom (unless client(s) attend Clemson University). JAK of All Trades Tutoring will not be available during the following time periods: 

  • FallBreak, Spring Break, and Final Exams season at Clemson University

  • Homecoming week, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas week
